The  Chef suggests

- A healthy diet is very good. But how can we combine eating  carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and fibre in one day?

-If we plan our meals and the food we consume we will be able to get the  energy we need  every day. By following  a balanced diet you will see that eating correctly is just a game of combining foods. If you play this game correctly and strategically you will surely win.
