On the one side of the coin the children of the developed world, the children of a consumer sciety and of advertising. On the other side - chaos - the lack of everything, hunger and very often death.

But do we the priveleged know what we are doing? Where, how much and how we should eat? Or we are the victims of ignorance and misinformation. Are we saturated with advertisement for delicious, tasty, sweet attractive foods and so on? Have we ever wondered about their nutritional value and how much they help us build a healthy body without excess fat? Let's not forget, that our bodywill accompany us for a lifetime and we must take care of it.

What we should we do ?

 

You should eat the quantities you need depending on your age and physical activity so as to keep your weight at the normal levels.
