For a proper breakfast you need a combination of at least three colour groups always including the yellow (fruit) and the green (vegetables).

You have ensured:

·       Proteins for correct growth.

·       Carbohydrates for energy.

·       Natural fibres good bowel function and reduction of hunger.  

·       Minerals and vitamins for strong muscles, teeth and bone, and healthy blood.  

Five minutes are enough to give yourself a present.
